Lettuce was introduced from the West, hence the name Western Lettuce . Lettuce namely leaf lettuce , as appropriate raw food named, crisp texture, taste fresh fragrance. There are generally two types on the market today: spherical cored lettuce and butter lettuce with wrinkled leaves (mosaic lettuce).
