Water Radish fresh radish root of cruciferous plants. Radish is also known as Lailai and Luofu. China is the hometown of radishes and has a long history of cultivation and consumption. There are records of radishes in the Book of Songs. It can not only be used to make dishes, such as frying, boiled, cold dressing, etc.; it can also be eaten raw as a fruit with delicious taste; it can also be used for pickling kimchi and pickles. Radishes are rich in nutrition and have good food and medical value. There is a saying that “eating radish in winter and ginger in summer will keep you safe throughout the year”.
