Also known as maize starch. The common name is Liugufen. White slightly yellowish powder. After the corn is soaked with 0.3% sulfurous acid, it is made by crushing, sieving, precipitation, drying and grinding. Common products contain small amounts of fat and protein quality and the like. Strong hygroscopicity, up to 30% or more.
