Ketchup is made from peeled seeds of fresh ripe tomatoes. It can be divided into two types, one is bright red, which is common; the other is tomato sauce, which is further processed from tomato paste , which has a sweet and sour taste and dark red in color. The former can be used as a tcondiment for stir-frying, and the latter can be used as a dip. Ketchup is mostly dark red or red, the sauce is uniform and fine, moderately viscous, sweet and sour, without impurities, and no peculiar smell.
