Douban sauce

Pixian Douban was founded by Chen Shouxin, a native of Pixian, in the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty and has a history of more than 300 years. Its materials are exquisite and are made by traditional craftsmanship and fermentation. The color is reddish brown, oily, crispy petals, and rich in sauce. It is an essential seasoning for cooking Sichuan cuisine and is known as the ” soul of Sichuan cuisine .”
