Also known as Longmen Fish, Liguaizi, Red Carp, Yellow Carp, White Carp, and Lai Carp. The carp is named after the cross texture on the scales. Fat belly and tender meat. Produced in freshwater rivers and lakes and ponds throughout our country. It is produced all year round, but the fattest one is produced in February and March.
