Dried squid is a product obtained by dissecting the gunfoot thief from the abdomen, digging out the internal organs, washing it in fresh water, and then rinsing it with water and drying it. The body is flat and long, the head and wrist are like bergamot , the fleshy fins are attached to the sides of the tail, and the shape is like a pair of buns. Mainly produced in Guangdong, Fujian, Zhejiang, the production period is July to August. It is also produced in Japan, Vietnam, and North Korea.
