Kelp , one of the seaweeds, is a large marine brown algae plant that grows in low-temperature seawater. It is a plant of the phyllophyceae family. It is named because it grows in sea water and is flexible like a band. Kelp is mainly grown naturally, but also artificially cultivated. Most of the dried products are marketed in the market. The quality is brown, short, thin and thick. Kelp has the reputation of “Longevity Vegetable”, “Sea Vegetable” and “Iodine Champion”. Kelp is a kind of brown algae, brown algae, generally 2 to 4 meters long, up to 7 meters long. It can be divided into three parts: fixer, handle and blade.
